Availability

Mon–Fri, 9am–5pmWest Africa Time (WAT).

I work remotely and stay reachable by email, WhatsApp or chat during those hours.

Turnaround

1–2 business daysfor small tasks.

Larger projects typically take 3–7 business days, depending on scope. You get an estimate before work starts.

Pricing & payment

Per task or projectwith monthly retainers available for ongoing work.

Payment by mobile money or bank transfer. Hourly rates start at $5 — see Services for each rate.

Use the contact form with as much or as little detail as you have. If you're not sure what you need, describe the problem and I'll work out the rest.

I confirm the requirements

I review what you've sent and get in touch to clarify anything unclear, so we both know exactly what the work involves.

You approve the quote

I send a price and an estimated turnaround time. Work begins once you approve it — no surprises afterwards.

Questions

What do you need from me to get started?
A description of the work and any files or access I'll need. If you're unsure how to describe it, just explain the problem — I'll ask the questions needed to turn it into a clear scope.
How do you handle confidential information?
I've worked with patient account enquiries, insurance information, academic records and examination documents. Confidential material stays confidential, and I'm happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if your organization requires one.
Can you work on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Monthly retainers can be arranged for regular work — inbox management, customer support, social media or anything else that runs continuously rather than as a one-off project.
What are your rates?
Business and virtual support from $7 per hour, customer support from $8 per hour, social media from $5 per hour, and documents from $2. Community health and science support are quoted per project. Voice-over has its own package pricing.
How do I pay?
Mobile money or bank transfer. Details are confirmed when you approve the quote.
What languages do you work in?
English and French.
Do you work with clients outside Cameroon?
Yes. All work is remote. My working hours are West Africa Time, and I'll confirm turnaround times against your time zone when we agree the scope.
